Phoenix Sintered Metals, LLC, a family owned powdered metal company, is currently seeking a:
•Serve as the backup for the Sales Account Manager and the Purchasing and Shipping Coordinator.
•Assist with order entry, sales forecasting and customer communications.
•Assist in generating vendor quote requests and purchase orders.
•Assist in the coordination of product flow and all required paperwork to our outside vendors and customers.
•Perform special projects as required.
•Preferred Associates degree or higher with previous Sales, Purchasing and Shipping administrative experience.
•Familiarity with basic accounting procedures and ERP systems.
•Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
•Possess highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
