Business System Coordinator
MPP, a leader in the Powder Metal Industry, has an opening for a Business System Coordinator at their Ford Road Division. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to be extremely organized, detail oriented, and be a self-starter.
This position is responsible for collecting, maintaining and distributing all documents necessary to define product and control manufacturing processes that ensure conformance to customer requirements. This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control center.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Track and control all documentation related to production, such as Control Plans, PFMEA’s, PFD’s, work instructions, operating instructions, training documents, written procedures, and external customer standards.
Collect and distribute all documents necessary to control manufacturing processes.
Develop and maintain filing system and computer database.
Complete and submit daily/weekly update reports.
Assist in tracking customer concerns to ensure timely completion of corresponding corrective actions.
Provide aid to Human Resources Team for the new training program development (If applicable).
Perform internal audits and compose audit schedules. Collect all data end of year for metric system storage location.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree in Business or equivalent or ASQ Certification preferred.
Must have 1-2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must be proficient at an expert level in Microsoft Office including, but not limited to, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Training in the Automotive Core Tools is a Plus.
